Ceylon Electricity Board: NDBIB successfully structured and placed Rs. 1.43 billion of securitised instruments arising from future Electricity Bills Receivables. This is the first instrument of its kind in the local market.
Commercial Leasing Company Limited: NDBIB has successfully raised over Rs. 3.9 billion for the company through the securitization of lease receivables
People's Leasing Company Limited: NDBIB has successfully raised Rs. 9.0 billion for the company through the securitization of lease receivables.

Central Finance Company PLC: NDBIB structured and placed a securitisation instrument the company.
Mercantile Investment Limited: NDBIB has successfully structured and placed four securitisations of vehicle lease for the company.
Maskeliya Plantations PLC and Kegalle Plantations PLC: NDBIB successfully structured and placed Rs. 350 million of securitised instruments arising from Tea Sales Receivables of Maskeliya Plantations PLC and Kegalle Plantations PLC.
Hayleys Electronics Limited: NDBIB successfully structured and placed securitised instruments arising from hire purchase receivables. This was the first time such an instrument was issued in the local market.
Richard Peiris Distributers Limited: Successfully structured the first ever future credit card receivables securitization transaction in the Sri Lankan capital market The transaction involved securitising future credit card receivables of the selected Arpico Super Market outlets to raise more than Rs. 1.0 billion, repayable over a 5 year period. A consortium of banks and a mutual fund were participated in this land mark transaction.
